Choir

The choir is a lively group of men, women and children who all enjoy singing.  The choir sings for the church services and special events in the life of the church.  They also sing for weddings and take part in local Diocesan training days.  

Rehearsals are on Thursday evenings, normally form 7.15 - 8.00 p.m.

New members are welcome, a knowledge of music is not required.

Music Group

The church has an enthusiastic music group of about 12 teenagers and adults who meet every two to three weeks to practice, usually on Friday evenings form 7.30 - 8.30 p.m.

The music is in addition to hymns and Christmas carols and is usually arrangements of classics and pops which have parts to suit all levels of ability.  The normal basic requirement is to have been learning to play for about a year.

In addition to playing for services the group has taken part in concerts in the church with other musical groups and solo items.
