Daybreak is a local group supported by the church, committed to helping the bereaved.  The group meets in the Labour Club Hall on the last Thursday afternoon of every month from 2 - 4 p.m. 

Confidential support is offered and a non judgmental listening ear to anyone who has been bereaved, whether recently or in the past.   All befrienders have their own experiences of loss on which to draw, they have been through various training courses.  They understand the pain which the bereaved person is experiencing and although can offer no quick fix answers, can listen and support.
